GC Matches has a very simple military style rank structure.  This structure has been implemented for several reasons.  One reason is as a incentive, the more people one person gets into the Squad the higher up on the rank structure they will excel.   The biggest reason Gaming Community has struture is to KEEP ORDER!   It is important as a member to know, follow, and respect the chain of command.

Creator

There are only two creators of GC ~ GC Beat Dawg74 and GC blademasta118.  They have numerous responsibilities to upkeep and maintain the website and divisions of GC.  ~ GC Matches is lucky to have both of these guys .  Always show  respect and remember these are busy guys ~ if it doesn't absolutely need to be brought to them - then don't - their are people put into place to handle most all situations.

Senior Admin Director

The Senior Admin Director is the highest rank acheivable in GC Matches™.  He works directly with the Admin Directors and Creators to keep everything running smoothly within the squads, activities, and meetings.  He maintains communication amongst the different games which GC™ inhabits.  Required at weekly founders meeting.

The Admin Directors are in charge of squad activites, and making sure they are scheduled and being handled properly.  Dispute resolution.  Required at weekly founders meeting.

Senior Founder

The Senior founders are the leaders of the division and experienced founders ~ they liaison between Founders, Administrator Directors, and Creators. The Senior founders have earned their rank and should BE TREATED WITH ULTIMATE RESPECT at all times. They are expected to attend weekly founders meetings. They Maintain order and civility amongst the group and also supervise clan activities and the people running them.

Founder

The founders are the leaders of the division.  They report directly to the creators and Administrator Directors. They have earned their rank and should be treated with ultimate respect at all times.  They are expected to attend the weekly founders meeting.  The founders oversee all the ranks within the division.  They handle keeping track of members an recruits.  Likewise they are the promoters, along with the creators.  They maintain order and civility amongst the group and also supervise clan activities and the people running them.

Co-Founder

The Co-founder are to assist the founders in their responsibilities.  Most Co-Founders are on their way to becoming a founder.  Co-founders report directly to the founders.  They are expected to attend the weekly founders meeting.  This is a very high position in GC ~ they are expected to maintain themselves in such a manner to promote respect amongst the ranks.

General

The Generals are expected to be able to handle any and all situations that arise among the lower ranks.  They are expected to help the captains plan, arrange, and implement squad activities.  They are in charge of making sure that this is being done and being done properly. They are expected to get to know and to play with the lower ranks - show them the ropes.

Major

The Major are assistants to the Generals - and are likewise expected to help them in handling and overseeing clan activities. They are expected to get to know and to play with the lower ranks - show them the ropes.

First through Fourth Captains

Captains range from 1st through 4th with 1st being the highest.  Captains are expected to attend the weekly division meetings and to have something to contribute there.  Captains are expected to arrange clan activities within the division and with other clans as well.  They are expected to get to know and to play with the lower ranks - show them the ropes. Captains are officers and should be treated as such.

Lieutenants range from 1st through 4th with 1st being the highest.  Lieutenants are expected to attend the  weekly division meetings.  The are expected to asssist the captains in clan activities and if they wish to move up they should hold some of their own.  They are expected to get to know and to play with the lower ranks - show them the ropes.   Lieutenants are officers and should be treated as such.

Staff Sergeant

Staff Sergeant is the final rank before becoming an officer of GC.  At this point you should really be focusing on your leadership skills. You should be able to handle all problems that arise among the lower ranks.

Sergeant

It is your responsibility to recruit properly using the “Recruiting Basics” found on the web site, promote the web site. You are about to enter Officer Training. It is your responsibility to prepare for Officer Training. Get with the officers, and to learn what duties are required to manage and maintain a squad. It is now your duty to monitor the lower rank activity and report any and all drama to your Lieutenant or Captain. You should at this point be able to resolve any issues that may arise among the lower ranks. If it is something you cannot resolve, it is your responsibility to notify at least two officers of the situation in order to find the proper way to resolve the issue. You are not required at meetings, but it would probably be in your best interest to attend the meetings for your division. Now is a good time to decide whether you want the responsibilities of being a squad officer or not.

Corporal

It is your responsibility to recruit properly using the “Recruiting Basics” found on the web site, promote the web site, and assist Sergeant's with their duties in reducing the drama from the ranks below.

Private First Class

It is your responsibility to recruit properly using the “Recruiting Basics” found on the web site, promote the web site, keep your site profile up to date, and repeat messages from anyone officer rank and/or above, and since you have more experience help the Privates with recruiting properly.
